Here's how the CultureShock campus event works . . .
During a typical school day, and without interrupting regular instruction, Hal will facilitate 4 Sessions, ultimately meeting with all administrators, all faculty & staff, and student leaders.
Each session is designed to empower participants to:
⋅ Take ownership of the climate and culture to create the school experience they desire and deserve.
⋅ Work together to identify and define shared beliefs and values.
⋅ Develop the courage and excitement to be an agent of change, and the resilience to do this important work.
⋅ Understand, accept, and thrive in their role as leaders and influencers in establishing the culture of their school.
⋅ Play an active and meaningful role in making a significant difference in the lives of others.
⋅ Enthusiastically contribute to creating a school family who discovers their collective passion for success.
⋅ Inspire and support one another as they continue to drive the momentum of a positive classroom and campus culture.
