Rob Carroll recently retired after 22 years of serving as principal at #the1199. Currently, "Dr. Rob" is a professor at University of Southern Indiana, as well as co-leader of Ideas Rule Leadership Consultants. Additionally, he's the vision-caster for the Audubon Kids Zone! His goal: "Impact the world through serving kids!" His biggest fear: "Becoming average or irrelevant!"
