Making Great
Schools Even Better!
CUSTOM BUILT EVENTS TO REVOLUTIONIZE SCHOOL CULTURE
After 20 years teaching in the classroom, Hal Bowman has spent the last decade on the road working, studying, and consulting with the very best educators and administrators in the nation. As a result of his efforts, Hal has uncovered a set of effective, powerful strategies that drive students, teachers, and school leaders to perform at their very highest levels - both personally and professionally. In his latest, and most anticipated, program for schools, Hal Bowman’s Be The One, Hal has compiled all that he has discovered into a single, one-day event that’s specifically designed to help high-performing schools reach a new level of excellence.
“I know it sounds impossible, but it has proven to be true: We can absolutely create real, dramatic, sustainable change in a single school day.”
-Hal Bowman
BE THE ONE VIDEO
During a regular school day, and without interrupting instruction, Hal will meet with all administrators, faculty, staff, and student leaders. Each session is designed to empower participants to:
- Understand their role as a leader in creating the culture of a school.
- Develop the courage to accept the responsibility for being an agent of change.
- Learn and refine skills and strategies for impacting the lives of others.
- Realize the power of helping to forever shape the destiny of people.
- Discover the drive, enthusiasm, and resilience to become the most important person in the lives of others.
“If you give me your most influential leaders for the day - faculty, staff, administrators, and students - I’ll give them everything they need to make a significant and lasting impact on the culture of your school.” - Hal Bowman

“Be The One is not only amazing but informative. My teachers have reported that the program was heartfelt, emotional, and much needed. The teachers promised to keep it going and spread the joy of the journey. It allows teachers and students to share in the responsibility of building school pride. The students said that it was unbelievable, emotional, and that they actually felt the love in the atmosphere. This program gives faculty and staff and students an opportunity to self-reflect, feel comfortable sharing the love with each other, and build stronger relationships. In other words, it gives everyone an opportunity to become leaders.”
Phil Eaton, Principal
“This was a day that everyone at Montgomery High School – teachers, staff, and students – will NEVER forget. Weeks later everyone is STILL talking about Be The One. This was such a tremendous event! I can’t thank you enough!!”
Cassandra Akers, Principal
“LIFE ALTERING! The teachers raved about Be The One and were forever impacted. Our student mentor group has taken on a life of its own and it has inspired them to be so much better than they were and to work as a more cohesive group.”
Jamie Henagan, Principal
